I love the trail camera and quality of pictures meets my needs. I got a great price for the solar trail camera and easy set-up. But, I didn't realize that you need to purchase a cellular plan to view history of camera shots. The plan was 169.00 for the year which i got but that increased the cost of having the camera. I'm not sure I would have purchased the camera in retrospect, I needed something to monitor a remote site.

The TC27 is a nice trail camera. It was very easy to set up and takes great video/images. It will even try to figure out what the animal is by the images. Initially I was having lag issues with the live image and it would even stop all together. I thought it may have been the cellular service because most of the time it only has one or two bars. I have since reset the camera and also restarted my phone and it seems to be better even though the signal is still low. The battery seems strong and the regular function of the camera isn't drawing the battery down. I haven't seen the battery drop below 100% in the five days it's been in use. I do have the motion sensor set to low because on high it will pick up anything and everything. The only thing I am having trouble with is the notifications. There is a trouble shooting article for the notifications but since the camera is hours away in the woods, I cannot diagnose it at this time. Hopefully this camera will last a long time and if it does, I highly recommend it.

the camera has worked very well so far. with the solar panel, battery life is not a problem. the only issue i have is cell reception. overall good product.

Camera takes good pictures, but only 30-40 ft when motion is detected. Set up was was good. One good thing is when camera takes picture it sends to your phone very fast. Only reason I give it a 3 star is the data plan is expensive. I returned it because of that reason.

It was NOT clear that a subscription was needed at $17.00 per month (per camera?) was needed for these cameras. Also, the set up was not easy. Not for me.

Bought two. They ship the 64 GB memory cards separately. I only received one memory card and two cameras. They said they would send another memory card but it never arrived. On the one camera that we could set up (because we had a memory card), it took four of us to figure out how to get it to take photos and send the photos to our phone. It is too complicated. I have other cameras where the pictures go to my phone and they are user friendly.

nice set up nice picture easy install. Can not use due to not being able to purchase subscription. One, you have to purchase subscription, Two you can purchase online with CC due to payment being declined because the transaction shows that its' possible "gaming" subscription.

What a waste of money. If I could give this a zero rating, I would. It originally took pictures and video, but now it does nothing, and the subscription is too expensive. Unfortunately, I'm unable to return it now.

you get 30 day free monitoring service then cost is ridiculous to do on your own and cannot work without a plan. only 30 days to return the item. Dont realize about the plan until after the return window is expired.
