A WONDER for my patients!
A WONDER for my patients! One uses the BIG BICEPS muscle for stabilizing the gait, not wasting strength on squeezing the fingers, then hand, tightening the wrist, then bracing the elbow and shoulder!! It is SO efficient and SO much more reliable!! Dr. Todd Strickland

Posture correction with the Campbell Cane
I have two Campbell Cane Walking Sticks. I use them both when I go for walks to correct my posture. I adjust them quite high, not at elbow height, as directed, so that my shoulders are back and my back is totally straight and my head is back. I've been going to a chiropractor to correct the curves in my spine and I am using the canes to correct the curves in my shoulders and neck. It also makes it easier to walk without getting tired.
