I have used this product for at least 25 years. My grandparents owned a restaurant an they use to make French fries with Campbell's Au Jus Gravy. It's really light not heavy at all. It's amazing on French fries I have to say. I absolutely recommend this product for making mash potatoes an gravy or just need a gravy for rice or fries.

Perfect for beef dips sandwich!
I was (at first) dubious of this product. What I was trying to do, was to create the near perfect "beef dip" sandwich at home. -Turns out my fears were groundless. -Just reheat this in a saucepan. (Pour the remainder in a glass jar in for your fridge for future use. -Perfect "au jus" dipping sauce for beef dip sandwich.

Campbell's Au Jus Gravy - Below Their Standards
I usually like Campbell's products. However, this Au Jus gravy is not the best and a little overpriced. If you can locate it, Heinz Au Jus Gravy is very good and worth the money. Unfortunately, the Walmart near me just doesn't stock it. I have found it on occasion at Kroger's.

Not gravy. Watery. Tasteless.
Awful. Just beef stock in a can. This is not gravy. I won't buy Campbell's gravy again. It is literally as watery as tap water, and has about the same amount of flavor.
