I purchased this to keep my niece fed during her finals. This is handy and can be heated up easily . My niece appreciated this soup since she also had a little bit of a cold, so what is more comforting than chicken soup. This is a bit more substantial than the run of the mill chicken and noodle soup.

Ingredients are simple and familiar, though I usually add a little seasoning to boost the flavor. The can is easy to open with a pull tab, which I appreciate when I'm in a rush. Just dependable, comforting, and always useful.

Chunky is the best soup you can buy, every can is like having a whole meal. It also gives you a large portion with low calories so it works great for a diet as well.

The soup itself tastes great with generous amounts of both chicken and vegetables. The sodium content (1700mg per can) however is simply too high and unnecessary. It's 2020 and making soup healthier (with lower sodium amounts) should be more of a priority.

Great easy to open can, which if you're cooking a lot like I do it is almost essential to have it be that way. I hate searching for a can opener. Great flavor and texture, melts quickly if put in with other ingredients and it's not overly “mushroomy” flavor. Great price everywhere you go too.

Salty, but otherwise excellent. We prefer the same variety of Campbell's, but the Campbell's Healthy Request (lower sodium) version. Great to have this shelf-stable food to avoid going out to shop.

This vaguely mushroom flavored wallpaper paste looks about exactly how it tastes. To even call this mushroom soup is honestly an insult to the intelligence of all mankind. But as part of other recipes it earns its keep and a very generous 3 stars. Campbell's should definitely overhaul this product and bring it into the 21st century.
