delishes and easy to use, wosh there was lower sodium - but one timeva month is a nice treat. Fir low carb use Spaghetti Squash. I used this to make a NACHO Spaghetti recipe (or for a great Dip). Made with cooked beef (recipe link below). Delicious - I used Spaghetti Squash (online directions to microwave to soften - makes it easier to cut %26 remove seeds) then roast in oven . Love it but hard to find.
Lucked into four cans finally!! My whole family loves to use this stuff to make cheese dip by adding to rotel tomatoes (which are also hard to find). My grown children who are spread out in various cities cant find it either where the live either. Please start carrying this stuff regularly again. Are people hoarding it?

Great cheese dip!
The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because it's hard to eat much of it because it is so spicy! But it has a great taste. Better than the regular 'Fiesta Nacho Cheese' that they make. We eat it straight up with tortilla chips. Better than the jars of cheese dip.
