This soup is so good. It is better than most canned soup and since buying this flavor I have ordered all of the different flavors to have on hand.
The soup taste good no trace of a salt taste.
I love all the substance with the amount of chicken, rice, and vegetables in this soup. It eats like a meal. The wild rice was cooked perfectly and added nice texture. The white rice, vegetables and roasted chicken was delicious too! This has been my favorite soup for well over a year now!
Whats not to like about this soup
I stopped buying any Campbell's products many years ago, since the quality had tanked to the point of ridiculousness. I thus have been really surprised at the good quality of this and the other "Well Yes" soup varieties I have tried. I'm not going to claim these taste like homemade etc., but for a canned soup they are great. In particular, I like that I can make this simple meal without needing to doctor the soup to make it more palatable or filling. Well okay, I do typically add seasonings, but it's okay without any.
The positive side f this new soup is that the can is coated. But the taste is new to me as i am usedd to the Chunky chicken wild rice soup. I think the sage taste is a bit strong tasted like medicine. It has sweet potato also instead of russet potatos. I ordered 2 cans, ate up 1 can, am holding off trying the 2nd can. I do not think i will order this type again.
The soup base was very flavorful, however the rice seemed to overpower it. The rice didn't soak up any of the flavors in the broth and was a little drying in the mouth. All the other ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. I would recommend anyone to try one without rice first. The rice was a major turn off.
the soup tasted great. I guess I just didn't take enough time to read all the ingredients. I got down to the bottom and it said carrageenan!! I don't know why big corporations insist on using the new carcinogenic because Amy's makes great soup and they don't have any of those fun little extras in their soup. I really wanted the soup because it was made with bone broth but if you don't care about carrageenan it tastes great. that's the only reason I gave it one star
Just ate my first can and it tastes alright, until I found some sort of maggot/worm in it! I am lost for words and never write reviews but this I needed to warm people about! I was sharing it with my toddler and immediate grabbed hers from her!
I did not like the taste of this product. The company was kind enough to send a coupon to try different flavors.
