I've tried candida fighting herbal supplements from other brands and this one is comparable. The oregano and black walnut hull also kill parasites. Caprylic acid which comes from coconut is a natural antibacterial. All of the herbs work together to inhibit the growth of yeast. The supplements aren't too big. They do have a strong odor and I can smell the different herbs so I know it's the real deal. I felt a yeast infection starting and this knocked it right out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to check out the ingredients list and see just a few select things that would help with gut health so I happily open them up and then I was disappointed. The first major issue is the overall size of the capsules which are way too large to swallow I feel like if they were half the size that would be appropriate but they're very difficult to get down because they kind of stick to the throat. Secondly there's a very strong smell of cilantro which is very divisive amongst people and I'm not a big fan of it. To me it's way too fragrant and as soon as I get it close to my mouth I'm a little bit repulsed and I don't want to finish taking the supplement. So overall I won't be able to be finishing this bottle for sure.

I wish they would have mentioned the size of these so I wouldn't have ordered them. I will pass them on to a friend to try. Packaging is very nice and the container is dark so the capsules are protected from the light.
