My foam roller, just in half
This is the foam roller I already have, just in a half format. I just do to half the size the price would also reflect that, but I digress. The quality is firm and it was well shipped. Good for a great many exercises.

Great buy for back pain
I was first introduced to this product in therapy for back pain I lay down on it and it is firm to push the spots that hurt. Many exercises can be done using this product. Great quality product would definitely recommend.
