A Colorful Hand Exercise
I love that you can pick the resistance you want/need by the color. As I successfully improve my grip strength, I can move up a color and continue to improve my weakness.

Handles work well, just made with cheezie plastic,
This item is made cheap as can be, however integrity of the handles are good and they work as intended. The handles are my only complaint as they are a cheezie plastic. They do work for my mom just fine as she is a senior, the yellow ones are super easy and too easy for my mom that's age 76! I f you are using this item for easy use such as for my mom they will work just fine for you.

Might not be 3lbs resistance
It's nice that it comes as a set of 2. I'm not sure that the strength is correct. I have another type of strengthener that is supposed to be 3 lbs as well, and these have less resistance. The plate above the handles moves and rattles. They appear well made otherwise.
