The Best
Way better than kt tape. Sticks longer. Things people should know for a great lasting stick cleaned the area prior to applying directions not in the box. I recommend alcohol because it also removes the oils. Other directions for people just starting out or just not sure... When removing wet liberally or shower and remove pulling up and away from the skin in a long line. I get a lot of questions so that's some of the answers. Yes it is more expensive than kt tape but also better quality. Shouldn't peel in one day unless you soak and roll. You should watch the kt YouTube videos though on how to apply.
