My Occupational Therapist used this type of exercise grip when I was receiving therapy following wrist surgery. I bought these for my Dad because the exercise grip he had been using broke. He is losing his strength and says he is using this every day.

Priced right. Simple to use. Recommended by my occupational therapist. Adjustable to increase or decrease resistance.

Rubber bands didn't last 5 minutes. Cheap plastic
Do Not this dump as hand exerciser. Waste of money. Walmart, you should not be selling this product at all. You should change the cost of the item from $10.00 to $0.01. That's how much this item worth.
