I was given the thera band strips to use but it was very uncomfortable having to wrap it around my hand.

adjustable webb handles
They worked well for me. They kept straps I use from cutting into my hands. I didn't know they didn't come with their own straps.

Just as pictured.
Bought these to go with the Resistance Bands Set Of 11 Exercise Bands For A Home Workout By Reneg8 as a second set so that both my son and I could use them at the same time. That worked, but not as well as the pair that came with them.
