Lighter Tension is Better Than Stronger Tension!
Ordered the lighter tension after ordering the higher tension and found I could barely squeeze it. The lighter the tension the more you can squeeze and are more likely to continue to use it. Made of durable plastic, it looks, feels and works just like the ones I used 50 years ago as a kid.

I am thrilled that there is a pair of them. I had to have carpal tunnel release surgery on both of my wrists. so I can exercise and do both of my hand exercises simultaneously.

My physical therapist recommended the moderate hand grip during a Monday appointment. I ordered online and received the item on Weds (before my next visit with PT on Thurs). It is a quality product, ad I was very impressed by the quick delivery time.

Good buy
Bought this for my hubby. He like that they came in a package of 2. Heavy grip, preferred the contour handle without the foam. Uses they all the time.

the price could be a little cheaper but these are perfect if you're rehabbing your grip. if you are healthy adult male, these are too easy
