USELESS
I was very ill and needed to get my hand strength back. These offer no resistance what so ever. You will get more resistance with a hard sponge from the dollar store. I will be returning them.

hurting hands relief
I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS A FIVE STAR BUT FOR ONE REASON. IT NEEDS A COVER OF SOME SORT BECAUSE IT GETS DIRTY TOO EASILY. HAIR SEEMS TO STICK RIGHT TO IT. IT DOES RELIEF THE PAIN IN MY ARTHRITIC HANDS

I wish I could give it negative stars.
The box showed multiple balls. The description stated resistance was based on ball color. That lead me to believe there would be more than one. No. I received 1 yellow ball with zero resistance. Squeezing a tissue would be more beneficial. At least the tissue would not shed pieces. Total garbage.
