Much loved first board game for children. Simple rules. Easy to move pieces. Bright colors. Can be folded so it doesn't take up much space in a drawer or closet. My 5 yo great grand enjoys it!

I grew up on Candyland. First board game for my own children. I was ordering valentines for grandkids online and ran across Candyland on sale so perfect time to get the kids started! Ages 2 and 4. They love it. And gives their mom the opportunity to sit down, take a break, and relive her youth as well! This is the perfect first board game for kids. They don't need to know how to read or count. They can learn counting as they go with the game and match colors.

My grandkids enjoy this timeless game. It is easy for younger children to play because they do not have to read anything just follow the colors. kids of all ages can enjoy this game.

This game has been so much fun to play with my 3 year old. It's a great way to practice colors. Everything is good quality, and the game play is exactly how I remember it. My only complaint is that the cards are a little small. Definitely smaller than your average card deck, which is a little hard for my toddler to pick up only one at a time during game play.

If you played this as a child and want to share those memories by playing with your child or grandchild, you will be dissappointed. Only grace is the price but would rather pay more for the classic game. Very cheaply made as one would expect based on price, but to change the characters... well just disappointed.

Do not buy this! The game board doesn't even have all the candy pieces on the playing track. We got cards for things that don't exist on the board and things on the board there are no movement cards for. Definitely nothing like the original version of the game. Not a fan and I do not recommend to anyone!

I bought this game for my granddaughter, thinking it would be like the Candy Land game from the 1980s. I was very disappointed dur to the poor quality of the board and game pieces, also the graphics have changed which instead of having dreamlike, pleasant illustrated characters, they were rather unpleasant and scary to my granddaughter.

Love the game. But Hasbro should be ashamed with the quality. The board is thin and because it now folds in four it will not hold up. The cards are not paper but cardboard and even the gingerbread players are cheap.

Purchased as a gift- when box was opened the game board was in two pieces- wondering if the item was a return that wasn't checked before sending out to new customer
