Negative : The above review only applies to one of the 2 canes I ordered and received because the second one received in the same order needs to be returned as the siren part of the cane does not work. If I was able to do a review on the second cane it would be a negative as we are disappointed at it being defective. Plus I am having a hard time finding the information on handling that return which is frustrating. We just want a replacement of the defective one.
I like the fact thus cane was easy to put together. It is all connected with some type of mechanism where when you unfold the cane, it almost pops in place and easy to adjust the height you need. For the flashlight on the cane, you need to provide two AAA batteries.
