Cannon 1901020 Easi-Troll

I've had cannons before but I was leery about the customer's rating on this unit regarding the depth accuracy on the counter so I returned and went with the Scotty

The instructions for putting the downrigger together could have been better

Works well for the price

downrigger was so easy to install. it lets me get to the perfect depth for any fish you are targeting.

it doesn't work and the fix provided by the help li e didn't fix it. it still will not engag red the wheel and crank in the line

I have 2 on my lund and they are awesome units. The counters are very accurate. I was nervous about them being manual. And that being difficult. We have been fishing with 10 lb cannon balls at 110 ft. It's very easy to get up in a short time. I highly recommend!

Just purchased on 1/20/24. assembled 1/21/24. seems like a nice unit . seems fairly well built n rugged. only reason for 4 stars is a missing hook eye after the reel out to boom for cable

Very well constructed. Only down fall, overly sensitive. Worked well with 4lb ball, suspect would be hard to control with a 6 or 8 pound ball. Cannon needs make a 2lb ball for shallow light tackle fishing.

Great quality, easy to assemble and use. First time trolling with downriggers and these worked great.

better price then local stores as well as on-line stores and that included shipping.
