It Looks Cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad I chose to purchase a second rear mount and install two rod holders at the same time because it will allow for fishing at two different depths while trolling on one down rigger. As advertised , the two piece locking design allows independent adjustment of each rod holder to cover more ground. Also, I think it makes the down rigger look cool.

rod holder pictured does not match price and desc
Purchased this from walmart.com in store #685 in morristown,tn. recieved it only to have to get a refund. pictured was a good looking rod holder but, i got black plastic holders instead. will not be using walmart.com anytime soon.

I received a black plastic rod holder, not the one pictured. I returned both of the rod holders.
