Selling/displaying wrong product
I searched for a power cord replacement for my cannon k10616 and the website showed this product. You cannot tell from the picture that it does not have the right connection. It's not the right cord. Finding return info is obviously intentionally difficult and it's incorrect. They say they are open Monday thru Saturday but it's midday Saturday and the recording on the 800 number says they are closed. If you own stock in this company, I'd sell it because they are clearly hurting for sales.

This is incredible that a company could think this picture would suffice. It fits these 9 models, why can't I see the cord? Does the AC adapter have a name other than AC adapter? If you find the product that matches this please buy it anywhere else. This website is the worst.
