Great travel camera. Lite weight, sharp ikages.
Excellent camera. Technology features are fantastic
No negatives at this time. Love my M50.
I love my camera! I got all the stuff that came with the package. I'm a very happy customer.
I am a beginner and this is my first mirrorless camera. I'm impressed very happy with this camera and bundle.
I am using this primarily for video and the kit was a great starting point to that end. Some of the components are on the cheap side (the tripod feels a bit flimsy), but otherwise I'm pleased with this bundle. The M50 is a high quality camera with excellent images. One warning for MacBook users: Canon software is not compatible with the latest Mac OS. #sweepstakes
My package arrived very beat up and squished like it had got into a fight and lost. The middle tape was sliced open but the sides were still intact. I didn't need scissors to open it since it was already opened. The box where the product was seemed like it had already been open as well. The tape was not sticky anymore or sliced through. However, all the products were still inside and were not damaged. At this point I'm expecting something to not work but so far everything is operating normally.
I bought this camera to do videos. The camera took superior quality video and images (the sole reason for my two stars), but getting them off the camera to my computer was a nightmare. The EOS software apps are impossible to pair with the camera and the interfaces are seemingly programmed in 1996. I'm not even exaggerating. Worse, once you install the very antiquated software, the camera can't be found or paired over wi-fi. Again, total nightmare. I ended up selling the camera after weeks of frustration trying to get it to simply work. Another downside is that this camera EATS batteries in video mode, and you can't plug it in and charge batteries at the same time. Again, not user friendly. In terms of the other products in the bundle, the case was good quality, as was the tripod. I didn't use the mic, but it seems very cheap.
Walmart promised two day delivery the problem is that Walmart didn't sell it. Adorama sold it. Adorama did not promise two day delivery which left me scrambling during the crisis for a camera. I hate Walmart! Try and contact Walmart and they say it is not their problem because Adorama sold it. I paid Walmart for the camera!
I got this camera as a present but the camera box was all beat up! It was ripped from all 4 sides and look like it was sitting in my my garage for couple months. Didn't look new at all. It did not look presentable at all! It was such an expensive package, the least they could've done is to pack it nice and secure so it doesn't get damage. Terrible service. Never going to order anything expensive from Walmart or this company anymore. Literally 0/10
