The printer itself is great, the home delivery that Walmart provided failed tremendously!! The Lazy Driver just dropped the item in the lobby too be stolen, no phone call or any attempt to let me know he had arrived, Nothing. Dissatisfied with the delivery driver !!

Installation was a nightmare. But after that, everything is great! It prints SO well and very quickly. The colors look great and I love the color correction feature! I think the value for the price is great. It does take up a large footprint and is quite heavy, so be sure to measure to ensure it fits your space first!

Great value color laser printer
It's the most basic model for this range but it is made in 2023. Setup wasn't too hard but I wish it could update firmware from your pc over wifi. It can do it without your pc but it takes a while. Price is right though for what you're getting. If you don't need fancy features like adf and duplex printing/scanning. The main downside to the printer is the cost of toner is really high.

Not the best choice
Two problems: Machine gets hot and deforms vinyl labels causing the labels to separate from paper. Paper jams/toner mess. The control panel is crap. Difficult to use. You change settings just navigating the panel. Print quality is great.

Only prints single sided.
No matter what, I cannot get it to print double-sided by itself. I never imagined this class of printers being single side print only. I have to return it. I cannot use it.

Not sure it printer is a lemon or damage shipping
I am not sure if this was due to mishandled shipping but the printer turned on. Printed one page and then pulled an error . I turned in and off multiple times per the error instructions and nothing. Just a loud turning on. When I went to repackage it to return, I noticed the foam bottom protecting is was cracked so perhaps something happened in shipping .

No duplex printing, no feeder tray. When sending multiple pages to print it will print 1 page only. Bought June 3 and having mutliple issues.
