Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4100 11-Color 44" Large Format Inkjet Printer

I bought this printer a year ago & so glad I did... This was a scary big purchase for me not knowing how the quality would be or if it would even fit through the doorway... which it did & I'm so grateful, but here are my notes about this product... Setup: It was too big & too heavy for me/one person to manage unpacking & setup when it arrived, so I enlisted some help, but so worth the extra effort. Once you have your helpers get it on the stand with wheels (stand comes with), put it where you need it & get to work. The printing software it easy to figure out & works nicely, but doesn't save where you leave off, though its free software, so gets you by. Printing: Doesn't jam (ever), ink lasts long time, doesn't waste ink, no warning for end of paper roll, so gotta be careful if end of paper/canvas is taped to the roll, tape goes right into the printer before it recognizes end of roll (minor issue). Mostly love that I can print on demand. Ink color is brilliant on canvas, looks just like original art. Works really well via WIFI, love this feature. I bought a clear shower curtain liner as a dust cover when I'm not using it, which I strongly recommend. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks Canon!

Amazing work horses and non-stop quality, that will rock you to your core. I have never been so pleased with the eye stunning images that this machine produces, at such rate of speed, with an extremely user friendly control panel.

I bought this printer on December, out of the box came defective, thanks to Canon tech support a tech was send out and one sensor for the ink was replaced. With no to much print I already had to replaced the maintenance cartridge. Until today I been enable to print borderless, always a 2mm margin on the left side, tried everything, the manual was followed, spoke with customer support twice and nothing. I love the printer but I am missing the borderless feature. Thank You Canon
