Canon MAXIFY GX2020 - Wireless Home and Office All-in-One Printer with MegaTank Technology

I had been searching for an ink tank printer that accurately prints the colors that I see on my retina screen. The MAXIFY Mega Tank GX2020 actually does it, with perfect colors and crisp results. That plus duplex printing, and really fast multi-sheet scanning, makes this a superior choice! I strongly recommend it!!

Has almost all features; for me, especially it takes a "thick" card stock for greeting cards

I thought setup of the printer & PC software was easy and well guided. I find the printer and scanner easy to use. I especially appreciate how I can scan multiple double-sided pages by running them through the ADF, turning them over and running them through again - and the software automatically creating the PDF with the pages in the right order. Am happy with the network cable connectivity, even though I don't remember it being listed.

I have used an HP printer for years and when it died I wanted to try another brand as I was tired of having connection problems with it.. Several friends recommended Canon and I'm so glad Ipurchased one! I am moderately technically proficient but often find installing new equipment daunting. This printer was very easy to set up including WiFi. It is quiet, prints quickly with clear colors and script. So far I am very happy!

Process of ordering and delivery were simple, from time of order to receipt was three days. Printer itself was easy to install and we had it printing in less than 15 minutes, to include adding the ink. We've already used all of the features and everything works perfectly - copies are clear, prints are legible and appreciate the paper tray and the high capacity.

I ❤️ it. I printed out a recipe…playing with printer not knowing it all wouldn't fit on first page. I was shocked when I took sheet from tray and AUTOMATICALLY IT PRINTED ON OPPOSITE SIDE🫢 I WAS SHOCKED AND IN L💓SAVES YOU INK %26 PAPER!

Installation couldn't be easier for me - I simply stayed out of my son's way while he did the installation. Couldn't be easier! Other than that, I haven't really put the printer to much of a test, but I do like what I've seen so far.

Great printer however it's temperamental in its wireless function. It requires manual restart to get it to reconnect.

1. Need better instructions for printing photographs. More instructions should be printed on tray. 2. Buttons on panel requires pushing down hard. 3. Window to show ink color level NOT clear.

Absolute piece of crap. Bought it last night but cannot get it past filling the ink. It keeps telling me there is insufficient ink. Won't override that. Won't go to the home page or any other screen. Cannot link to it from my phone or computer to access the maintaining screen. Do no buy this.
