Violation of truth in advertising code
“On the Walmart page it says Cannon P23-DHV calculator ink black and red”. It did not say compatible until I had purchased the ink and reviewed my orders. I want a Cannon company cartridge. Knock-offs often don't work properly. To have Walmart represent that they are selling a Cannon product and then on the order after paying saying “compatible” is a violation of the truth in advertising code. It's misrepresentation. It's hard enough to navigate the Walmart purchase site and then on top of that not be getting what I ordered makes me very unhappy. If you have the right Cannon product, I want that and am willing to pay more if that is necessary. I don't want to have to go through cancelling my order and finding another source. HELP!
