Perfect package of ink for ink jet printers as I tend to go through the black more than the colour. Same day delivery was perfect as I had reports that needed to be sent snail mail.

Easy to install. Very convenient, I no longer have to go to our local library to print anything out. Last long and works great. No smudge on printer paper.

Canon makes excellent products in all lines, i.e., cameras, printers, copy machines, etc, so I have nothing but respect for the quality of its products. This printer is light, has a small footprint, does a good job of printing, copying, and scanning. However, the area where the ink is accessible and for cleaning is not big enough for a big man's hands. My hands are medium size, and I can pretty much get in there, but with a little difficulty. The software that came with the printer is, um, well, it certainly could be improved. I think there are too many "cute" icons and options. Not enough "productive" options, like for doing some serious work. If my main interest was printing greeting cards, collages, albums, etc., it would suit me just fine. But for someone whose main interest is productive work, the options are much fewer. Overall, though, it is a good printer, and (repeating myself) it is light, easy to move around, and does not take up a lot of desk space. That is why I gave this four stars instead of five. I definitely would recommend this printer to a friend.

maybe I'm old school but it sure seems to me the ink cartridges run out of ink a lot sooner than they used to! especially since I don't print a whole lot! but ya gotta buy what the printer uses!!

Once package is opened and placed inside printer. You will have a weeks top to utilize the ink inside before it dries out. I had purchased and printed one sheet for a recipe, then I didn't use printer for a week. When I went to print an error pooped up stating out of black ink. I would not recommend this product.

I bought the printer that uses this cartridge at my local Wal Mart because I needed a cheap printer for occasional light printing purposes. While the printer is cheap, the cartridges are outrageously expensive and you get practically no ink. That is if you are lucky enough to find the cartridges in the first place. Wal Mart DOES NOT stock the cartridges in store, you have to order them online. DON'T BUY THE CANNON PRINTER THESE FIT. Before you purchase any printer, regardless of price, make sure the ink is stocked in store and reasonably priced.

Bought this because its specifically made for my Canon Pixma printer. Its their proprietary ink cartridge so should not cause issues. 1st cartridge I installed came up with an E15 error. Unable to identify. Second one installed seems to be working for the moment. I could have bought generic brands for less and possibly had the same results. So why buy the one made by them for more money?

Printed 5 sheets well on the 5th sheet the ink ran out. No way possible i should only be able to print out 4 sheets on a brand new cartridge. This is a rip off.

Printer is cheap, but the cartridges are very costly and does not print even 100 pages. I am thinking of not buying these cartridges and printer in future.
