Never had a problem using genuine Canon ink cartridges. I can count on the right fit and bright colors. I just wish they lasted longer.

Good Quality Printing, Limited Cartridge Life
Always functions well with my Canon printer. Installation and usage is trouble free, no leaking, streaking, or low quality printing on regular paper, photo paper, or index cards. Have never used anything but official Canon ink. My only complaint: Once one new cartridge is installed, another suddenly becomes "low." Replacements are ongoing, but I think that is the nature and economic model of inkjet printers.

Totally misleading picture and description.
According to the picture and description, I thought I was ordering "Canon" ink tanks. Instead they sent me a box labeled "Ink Jets Club". Not what was represented in the description and picture I was looking at

Order-Shipping-Refund-Customer Satisfaction failur
I have ordered this product before and had no issues with receiving it either the same day or within 2-3 days. When I ordered the product this time, it was scheduled for delivery in one WEEK! When delivered, both the product and the packaging were severely damaged. Both were taped with clear packaging tape. Returning the product to my local store, I was issued a credit receipt, but told it would not actually be credited for another WEEK! I was assuming that if the product was damaged (which it was) my credit would have been immediate so I would have the option of re-purchasing the product. My contract for this product was with Walmart, not a third party. If Walmart contracted with a third party--Walmart was still responsible for MY satisfaction. I should not have to wait for my refund from a third party, Walmart should do the waiting. I am Walmart's customer. Walmart is the customer of the third party--not me. This is totally unacceptable. It is a negative customer impact. What corrective action can I expect to receive from Walmart.
