I love all Canon products especially printers. This one is just outstanding. I save so much on ink. I definitely would recommend this printer. Instructions %26 connection were easy to read and install. Any type of paper or cardstock that is 8 x 12 and under works and fits great.
I brought the printer 4yrs ago and it has stood the test of time. I have several canon printers but by far this one is my favorite. Excellent for crafters (especially making stickers) it was said not sync wirelessly but that has not been my experience. I'm not sure if it the Bluetooth or Accesspoint features (network connection) but it works with all my devices. I can print straight from my IPhone 14pro , my android tablet and both my Asus Laptops. It yields great amount of prints before needing to refill. Vibrancy and picture quality is good. I LOVE THIS PRINTER.
I'm pleased with Canon in general but this printer is amazing.
Crisp, clean prints, visible ink levels, less hassle, been waiting for this. Big improvements over the MP250.
The printer itself is excellent ...Easy to set up and add the ink to the tanks....Really great directions. But then I tried to connect to Wifi and I still have not been able to do so. I have direct connection with USB...but the Wifi is just not working. And I don't think the support is there to figure it out. Sorry Canon. I have been on your website, your faqs pages, etc. No where does it alude to the problem of Wifi connectivity. It just sends me back to the same instructions I have tried a dozen times. Poor is not strong enough.
The first thing that I noticed after setup, was each time I turn the printer on, it is actually ready to print in a few seconds, just like my original Canon printer, a BJC 3010. It does not go thru a 2 or 3 min "Cleaning" (waste a lot of ink) cycle, like the 4 Canon printers I had in between. I hope this means the "Waste Ink Tank" (felt pad(s) will last longer. But that is more of a software defect than reality.
It took me 3 hours to get WiFi set up - very frustrating. Nice print quality
Cannon makes a really nice printer and it really helps having the mega tanks and not having to buy ink cartridges every five minutes, but the print quality for photos on plain paper was absolute garbage compared to their previous models. Set up with super easy with very detailed instructions. Setting it up to a network was very easy as well using the Canon PRINT app. Overall, an ice printer I'm just not satisfied with the print quality and I did return this printer.
The shipment from AAA Electronics (Cannon Pixma G3200 Printer) was defective. Cannon is sending me a new one at no charge. They suspect that the printer from AAA may have been refurbished. I spent three afternoons trying o set this printer up with no success. I would not recommend purchasing anything from AAA Electronics.
I've only had this thing for a few days. It was impossible to install wirelessly. I had to use a printer cable, which MIRACULOUSLY, I had. That worked, but, REALLY????? It still refuses to connect to my phone. RIDICULOUS. I will probly send this thing back.
