Great printer for the price
I've stopped using my more expensive brother printer for making crafts since getting this printer. easy to use, great quality. It's wireless and easy to use, the ink lasts a good while. no complaints!

Best Printer ever
We recently purchased this model for a second time. Not because the first one was malfunctioning but because we wanted to have a back up should we need one. I am so happy with my printer and ink cartridge refills are so affordable. Well Worth the money

Pixma iX6820
Four stars because I haven't used it much yet. I bought it for the larger size capabilities and it had good reviews as a craft printer. This is my first Canon printer. I have always had Epsons, but have had issues with them when printing on card stock. So far this Canon pixma printer is doing everything I want it to do.

I have set up several printers, including WiFi connections . Mostly HPs This is my first Canon. I have tried everything to link this printer to my WiFi with zero success. It has great print quality but a real downer having to use a usb cable.

Doesn't always print, doesn't present error messages so I have no clue what's going on. Online printing doesn't allow for diverse printing customizations. Wack

Doesn't live up to expectations
Company won't help resolving problems. Spent numerous hours trying different options. Tried calling a support number, after waiting 30 minutes was given a different number. Tried that was told I needed to register the product before they would/could help. My response was "why register a product I might return." the rep response was very unprofessional and not worth repeating. Returning ASAP!

Impossible to set up
It has been a few months now, and I still cannot get this printer to work. WiFi connection is impossible.

Package came beaten up and the printer was damaged eith dents and the siding popped off.
