Canon PIXMA iX6820 Wireless Inkjet Business Printer

We recently purchased this model for a second time. Not because the first one was malfunctioning but because we wanted to have a back up should we need one. I am so happy with my printer and ink cartridge refills are so affordable. Well Worth the money

Excellent all around printer from small sizes up to A3+. Very easy to use with good software for maintenance and alignment. High capacity ink cartridges for economical operation. Replacement inkjet heads are available although rarely needed in my long experience (this is my 2nd unit).

This works great with envelopes, heavy cardstock, 300gsm watercolor paper, and prints crisp, clear pictures and text. I am very happy with my purchase.

Four stars because I haven't used it much yet. I bought it for the larger size capabilities and it had good reviews as a craft printer. This is my first Canon printer. I have always had Epsons, but have had issues with them when printing on card stock. So far this Canon pixma printer is doing everything I want it to do.

This printer, so far, has been wonderful! The print quality is excellent. It handles 110 lb cardstock with ease. It also prints well on glossy vinyl sticker paper. I took off one star because I have some trouble with my devices (MacBook Air, iPad Pro) losing connection with the Air Print function.

I was really excited to receive this printer to use for printing stickers for my business, but was disappointed when 80% of the images I printed came out with defects. There were issues with all my images that were brown, green, blue, purple or darker in shade. I would never recommend this printer to anyone. If you are expecting to print something in high quality, you should bite the bullet and invest more money in a more expensive printer.

Company won't help resolving problems. Spent numerous hours trying different options. Tried calling a support number, after waiting 30 minutes was given a different number. Tried that was told I needed to register the product before they would/could help. My response was "why register a product I might return." the rep response was very unprofessional and not worth repeating. Returning ASAP!

Package came beaten up and the printer was damaged eith dents and the siding popped off.
