Canon PIXMA TS7722 Multi-Function, Wireless Color Inkjet Printer, Scanner, Copier for Home Office

I finally gave in and replaced my old Canon printer and I am really VERY happy with this one ! I no longer HAVE to worry about cords (except the power cord, of course) but I DO have that OPTION if I should ever need it. It prints very fast, duplexes well and is quiet. I also chose this one because it is flat and where I have to place it, I have to put my small fan on top of it...very carefully, of course. I cannot even FIND anything negative to say about this yet.

I had recently purchased a HP printer and could not work it even after watching videos , getting help from my kids and using their app. Frustrated I decided to buy another printer- this Cannon. Totally different experience! I had it set up by myself in no time following the instructions n the printer screen. So relieved and happy with ease of set up and use!

I purchased this printer for a home use printer and we are extremely happy with it. It does not offer long life (XL) cartridges with the printer and the cartridges provided state, "starter". This is by no means a deal breaker. The great part about purchasing it from Walmart is that they had the best price by far on it. It was also available for pickup with 2 hours. I purchased this to replace another canon printer that we had for sometime.

Printer excellent and I (as an 82 yr. old) have figured out how to use printing, scanning and copying...3 features I need. Ink cartridges however cost more than printer AND offbrand I purchased did NOT fit the printer and the cost was just a little less than Cannon brand.

I purchased this Canon printer to replace a defective HP unit. At the same time, I ordered a high-speed USB cable to use with the printer instead of Wi-Fi. The Canon unit got very good ratings, but I honestly can't rate it any better than one star because with no cable it is useless. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in Walmart service. I will think twice before buying another product from them. Be warned before buying!

Prints very slowly compared to similarly priced printers I've owned in the past (is there a setting I'm missing?). Also, the main paper tray isn't picking up sheets, so I'm stuck using the fold out tray in the back which increases the printer's footprint. With some frustration, it just serves the purpose for which I bought it: occasional small print jobs only.

instructions were very confusing took hours to set up, once it was set up it runs wonderful I love it. The only instruction was a a QR code that took you to connecting your phone to the printer doesn't say how to connect it to your wireless add your Wi-Fi password., and I'm a mechanical kind of person so the whole time I was putting it together I was just thinking how a normal everyday person would have no clue how this thing worked.

I tried to set up my printer and it seemed easy until I tried to print. Nothing was happening and I am not a nerd so I am frustrated. I will try to call Canon and speak to someone with knowledge that may be able to help. If that does not work I will be forced to hopefully return the printer with no problems.

I ve always had HP printers. I bought this canon printer because i didnt like the fact that it started acting up right after the warranty was out. And i hadnt had it that long. So i decided to go with a canon . For some reason i hadnt a hard time setting this canon up. I had to call a tech. Then while waiting on him i tried again to connect it to my phone and my laptop. No instructions. That sucked. I was about to take it back when i finally figured out how to run it. So far so good

Does what it needs to. Not sure how the one multi color cartridge will last. We loved our last Canon printer and this was the closest model available. 4 stars because the paper tray does not automatically open and close like our last one. Now we find papers on the floor if we print from a different room (whole point with wireless printing)!
