Canon PIXMA TS9521Ca White Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Printer

The videos on how to connect the printer to my new Mac were very helpful.

i have this printer for a while now . Have nothing bad to say about it . Great printer . Good quality printing whatever its photo print or standart .

So far so good, but not excellent. This unit replaces an identical unit that only lasted a bit over a year - I had no extra repair coverage on it. For the new unit, I absolutely made sure to purchase the extended warranty. This previous failure and only having the new printer for a month are the reasons for the missing star. I also find the printer a bit confusing to use. It's definitely not intuitive. That being said it does print nicely, with good colors and very quietly. I haven't had the need to print a photo yet so I can't comment on that, but I did personalize and print all of my Christmas cards and I was quite happy with the quality of the printing. Fingers crossed this one will last a long, long time!!

The printer works fine. I have tried for 2 months to get the feeder and scanner to communicate with my Windows 11 laptop. (IJ Network Scanner Selector EX2) I have reinstalled the entire printer at least 4 times. There is nt product support that I can find, just other people's solutions,

I bought this printer over a month ago and could not get it to connect with my WiFi . The printer was returned and I must say the return process was very easy and prompt.

It worked great at first, but only using it for a short period of time, it started printing gray, and even after replacing ink cartridges and troubleshooting as much as possible, it did not fix the problem.

I purchased this printer in hopes of creating beautiful crafts and it failed. Photo paper continuously gets jammed making the process time much longer. The rear feed often won't feed. I have completed every trouble shooting suggestion provided and nothing works. Extremely disappointed

Worked great up to 14 months. Quit working and nothing gets it going again. Don't even get an error code. It is the printer, not the iPads, iPhones, laptops, etc as it won't print off any of these. I did not expect this to last a lifetime, however 14 months is awful. Do not buy this product!!!

Have spent countless hours trying to get it to connect. I'm tech savvy and have still not been able to get it to connect. Worked flawlessly initially. Not it's just an expensive paper weight. So disappointed.

if you are looking for an easy wireless connection, forget it. I've been spending over 40 hours trying to get a connection using Windows 11 and it's impossible. I had a TS9520 and the exact problem occurs.
