Canon PowerShot PICK PTZ Camera (White)

I like the idea that a video cam can follow someone. Allowing the camera to save a facial feature is a great feature. The first time I used the camera, it was as advertised until I tried to playback the video. I see the file, I can play it, but no video .... only audio. I called user support, this is another story, and was able to speak to someone after numerous call and redirection. I ended up calling the main Canon office and have them transfer me to user support. This part was frustrating. When I finally connected to a person. I explained the situation. He tried to replicate the problem but his phone is Android. He said to give him time so he can consult with his colleagues. After a couple of weeks of no progress or solution, I called again and fortunately was able to communicate with the original support person I spoke with during my first call. He did follow up on what he said because, he too was stumped by the problem. In the end, Canon support found that the Tracking PTZ camera software was not compatible with the latest iphone IOS. I asked when this will be fixed and no date was provided. The work around was for me to save the file on my phone and then play the video back on my phone. You cannot use the Canon App to play and review the video.

We love it as a way to take pics of our family doing fun things so that no one has to be the photographer, and everyone can be in the shot! We are really excited to use this to capture our present opening on Christmas morning, especially me since I am always wanting more "proof of mom" pics. I will say it was a little complicated getting it all set up, but once that happened it has worked out so far!

You can just set it in front of your cake table and watch it capture life moments. The only problem I have with it is that it's a bit awkward to pick it up and set it somewhere else. The transition is not as smooth. I'm too used to just sticking my camera on a go pro stick and move around that way.

I dont miss a moment now making all the kids stand still while trying to get the perfect picture. It's easy to upload and get the pictures printed and you can move it anywhere in the house. I had no idea what beautiful quality the pictures turned out I'm very impressed to say the least.

Truly is the most awesome one that I've used especially when it comes to action shots and voice command and through your bluetooth. you can ask for anything better in a camera then this. Not to mention that the app is so easy to download and use it's wonderful.

This product seriously changes the game. I am able to finally be in photos with my family and the quality is AMAZING. We recently celebrated our anniversary and was able to use it for candid shots of our family without the kids taking pictures of half our faces and blurred pictures. Would recommend to everyone. Easy to use.

It makes taking family pictures super easy and everyone can get in the picture! This is absolutely perfect for parties or gatherings, you can capture the most candid shots without having to do any work. The set up was quick and easy. The picture quality is also really great. I cannot wait to use this for Christmas and all of the upcoming holiday events.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was like a Webcam at first but it's not. It uses an app you download on your phone to take quick shots or short videos. The set up was a tad confusing for me as I am apparently not as tech savvy as I thought. But once I got it up and running it takes beautiful quality pictures and videos. I would highly recommend this product if you're good with technology.
