Canopi by ShedRain 52" Auto Open Bubble Rain Umbrella - Printed Pink Flamingos

This umbrella feels sturdy and well-constructed; I didn't worry about the wind or bumping into things. The clear panels make it easy to navigate city streets, though if the canopy was a little tighter to my body it would be great for extra crowded sidewalks. It still comes down far enough on the sides to fully shield my face and hair from the elements, it's just more gently sloped and less bubble-like/domed than some similar umbrellas I've seen. Upside: This makes it easier to shelter someone else, too. I've gotten lots of compliments on its classic style—“very Audrey Hepburn” was one—and I love the black trim. I also love the handle; no rubberizing, which is great news for anyone else with a latex allergy! It's simple to open/close, even with arthritic hands. I'd definitely buy another as a gift for someone else.

I love these umbrellas, they are large enough to cover you, but the best part is that you can pull it down when it is windy during rain and can still see where you are walking. It doesn't flip over like regular umbrellas do . I purchased two and both are well made.

Purchased as a gift for a friend who adores anything flamingo! And who couldn't use an extra umbrella? I have a feeling she's going to love it. The umbrella opens %26 closes easily and is deep, which is great for rain/wind coverage. Being clear for the most part, it probably wouldn't work for sun protection. But I don't think my friend will care about that once she sees this one. And finally, it was shipped and arrived on time.

I love this canopy bubble umbrella! First of all the flamingo pattern is wonderful as well as the coral colored handle. Also note the umbrella opens with a quick push of a button. When I saw this online, I knew I had to have it. It has exceeded expectations and arrived on a rainy day, so I got to use it right away!

this is a fun little umbrella. I like bubbling umbrellas this one gives you lots of rain protection and it is very cute. it is well made and heavy duty it should last a long time

This umbrella is the best. I took to Lego land just incase it rained, and it did! I love that your whole body doesn't get wet. I was the only one who stayed dry thanks to this cool umbrella.

Been waiting to get a bubble umbrella for months now very happy that Walmart had it in stock as I think regular umbrellas are a waste way back when years ago I had a bubble umbrella just makes more sense

I messed up, I thought it was collapsible. It looks really nice, however, I am in a wheelchair and this is too difficult to maneuver. It looked so very nice that I lost my head. It came in a huge box that was impossible to return in because of it's size. Stupidity strikes when you least expect it!

The hardware of this umbrella would be sturdier if it were made of aluminum foil. The latch that keeps the umbrella locked is a point of critical failure. The shaft is barely serviceable through the length of the umbrella, but near the handle is a hole in the shaft made to accommodate the latch, which reduces the already weak construction beyond the point of failure. There is no reinforcement. The manufacturers just don't care. Absolutely any twist torque completely destroys this product. Before it broke, it was barely tolerating a mild wind. If the wind catches it wrong, if you try to spin it to dry it, if it catches on a low overhang, it is going to be immediately, irreparably totalled. The metal literally tore, shorn through by an amount of force that wouldn't topple a toddler. If the metal shears while you are holding the handle, it could realistically completely detach from the handle, slice your face, and bounce erratically into children, traffic, pets, anything, and you'll be there holding a brightly colored handle, proof of your involvement. These are not the thoughts you should be having walking your dog along a small town street in the rain or whatever it is that you do with umbrellas. Dangerous. Shameful. Embarrassing. All to save $0.02 per umbrella on a piece of plastic that could be easily designed to reinforce the weakest point. Photo guide: Bottom left of the latch is the tear. The brand new umbrella does not have perfect clear new looking plastic. It is a little bit smeary with cloudier plastic in some areas and I was really hoping it would look new. I was even thinking of polishing it with some silicone or something. Just a little disappointed and my final price was $10 over but they said it would cost. Was that all shipping? I'm a member and should not be paying $10 for shipping.
