My Mom really struggles to find gluten free options that she enjoys. She likes this style of loaf vs the rounder ones. It makes a uniformed sandwich all the way through. It also freezes well. We devide them in half and freeze half. Comes out of freezer just fine!

Delicious flavor, Good value
This is my favorite bread brand but the first time I've tried Sourdough flavor! It's not as sour as traditional Sourdough bread but I'm happy to have a gluten free bread I can enjoy that is safe and tasty! Thank you Canyon Bakers! You did it again!

very tasty but comes frozen
The sour bread dough was very tasty! I was surprised because it came frozen. Not sure how it will hold up throughout the week being frozen and the moisture being sucked out of it.
