CAP 28 Solid Curl Bar with Revolving Hanger

I prefer a straight bar, but this cambered pressdown bar works great, gives the opportunity for hitting the muscles at different angles, and has smooth rotation throughout the movement. You could also do a variety of curls with low or high pulleys, and it would work great for that as well.

Heavy solid bar. Decent hard rubber ends. Be sure to grease revolving hanger. Great for home use. Quality gym item. Satisfied I bought this for the on sale price.

Curl bar lets me work triceps, biceps, back, and much more. Good pick up for the price.

This bar is just as good as at any gym I have been to, and I now have it in my home gym!

I have an Inspire fitness FTX functional training machine which uses cable resistance motion. I needed a shot curl bar to do some isolated exercises. This bar was at the right price and perfect shape for me. I used it twice so far and have been able to add few exercises for arms, back and shoulders. The only reason I didnt rate it a 5 because it squeaks a bit. I plan to use couple of drops of DW40 and hopefully the squeaking will go away.

This is a good curl bar after putting oil since it doesn't rotate as smoothly without it.

Wasn't as I expected. Arrived poorly packaged and had rust residue emanating from swiveling center component. Curved hand grip portions are much more narrow then anticipated. Revolving center piece doesn't move smoothly and feels as though it grinds metal on metal.

Bar doesn't operate smoothly. I had to keep applying lubrication to get the swivel to operate smoothly

I have been lifting for decades and have several spindle attachments. This spindle is defective, not smooth, and won't rotate when weight is applied. Shoddy workmanship. This is being returned.
