CAP Barbell 48 In. Olympic Super Curl Weight Bar, Chrome

I'm impressed with the quality of the item. However, the finih has at least one flaw. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the powder coating had a spot thatmhad peeled away. See photos.

I have purchased "CAP" products before from Home Fitness stores and never been dissappointed. HOWEVER, the price was always upwards of $50. Nice profit margin for them I guess. Angles of the bar are great for curls or skull crusher tricep exercises, with little to no wrist or elbow strain.

I needed a smaller bar for weights so I could do strength training in between chores during the day. This one fits the bill.

Great bar and Inlove the angles. Many grips. Natural for me. Heavy duty. I don't use the collars that come with it. I prefer hand squeeze clip retainers. Can't go wrong will last forever!

Makes arm curls less stressful on wrists. I haven't used all the different positions yet, (That's what she said), but am already impressed

For just over $30 this curl bar is worth it. I use it for tricep/bicep workouts and it is easier on my wrists compared to using a straight bar. And plus, now I can set my straight bar up for bench press and I don't have to keep switching out weights. This is not the absolute best curl bar, but for the money, it is well worth it.

Damaged box and missing one clamp

We received the first bar with rusted parts then we received the replacement bar again with rusted parts and all scratched as if it was used. Terrible seller be careful.

My parcel was delayed in transit due to package damage. It arrived a day late, wrapped in saran wrap. No problem, until I unwrapped items and realized the bolts for the collars were missing.

This bar is definitely a curl bar problem is its so bent that you can't really do proper curls without it hurting your wrists and forget doing skull crushers cause you won't have proper former or you'll just hurt yourself. This bar is getting returned.
