Great Vest, Great Weights, Great Price
I love this weighted vest because it's specifically made for women's chest. It fits great with just a sports bra and/or a t shirt. The weights are very heavy duty. The price is great compared to other weighted vests for the amount of weight it goes up too and that it's designed for women. I really like that you can add or subtract the weights, of course only up to 30 pounds. I've recommended this to my friends.

Great bargain for the price!
As described this weight vest is a must to heighten any workout. Based on preference you can changed the weights and build up endurance with time. When walking around or light jogging the vest remains secured to my body with minimal movement.
