I bought this mat to exercise and stretch on at home following extensive back surgery. My back had to be broken in three places and various hardware was inserted. Laying on a yoga mat provided no relief. Not only was this mat cushy but it's price cannot be beat. It's well worth your money.

This mat is perfect for what I needed. I have exercises that I need to do on the floor and, though we have a carpeted floor with standard padding, this mat adds the perfect amount of padding to make it more comfortable. I love it!

It's awesome and I love it because it feels great on my knees and back and easier to do exercises. Firm yet soft feeling too.

This mat is very good quality and I use it everyday. It folds and has handles, so it is easy to store. The price was also very good.

I ordered this mat to use while vacationing in a house with tile floors. It was perfect for that use. The handles make it easy to store and carry.

Its got good cushion to it for $20. Although it did not come with the velcro on the side as advertised.

Only had it for a few days. Thick enough for floor exercise. Folds and it has carrying handles. Great for moving around and space saving.

Did not have Velcro for another mat attachment and not as thick.

Normally I don't rate things but this mat is terrible. I planned on getting it so I could do core workouts at my house because I have only hardwood floors. If you lay on it, you sink down and can feel the floor below, the mat might as well not even be there. I would send it back for a refund but I feel like finding a box and having to ship it back is a waste of my time. If you are expecting a mat that you would normally use at a gym, this is nowhere close.
