Barbell pad
It's a good squat pad for your barbell. I'm not lifting a ton so it is has plenty of cushion for me to do my sets. Much better than just the bar.

Does the work!
I was looking for a pad that mitigates to help me when i am working out my legs and this pad does the work. I used it yesterday for the first time and what a difference!!! I totally recommend it.

Unimpressed. Spend your money elsewhere.
Unimpressed. I find that the cushion is nice, but it acts as a bearing and slides off my back forcing me to apply even more tension to keep the bar on my shoulders. It forces me to lean farther forward than should be necessary. I'm keeping it because I can use it for protective wrapping on a support cage in another application, but not impressed. My back and neck muscles serve as a much better cushion.
