CAP Barbell Rubber Medicine Ball Set with Rack

You will NEVER and I repeat NEVER find a deal like this on medicine balls. This is as good as the ones you use in your gym. I have purchased these now for my home gym and the stand is very sturdy as well. There is nothing but great things I could say about this item. Love it and fabulous price!!! I have now purchased I think 4 sets of these one for me and 3 others as gifts.

I was looking for a complete set of medicine balls for my new workout room. What appealed to me about this set was the aesthetics of the set, along with the full range of balls. The ball "tower" assembled easily and all the hardware was included (an unusual fact for these types of things!). The medicine balls are, well, medicine balls. They work as advertised for basic fitness. I especially like them for adding weight to sit ups. Overall, Cap Fitness delivers with this set.

I liked all of the different workouts that I could do with a medicine ball so much that I decided to order some for home. Knowing that I wanted to continue to improve my strength, I did not want just one weight of ball. When I found this rack that came with every weight ball with shipping direct to my home I knew I found what I wanted. This Medicine Ball Set enables me to introduce my daughter to working out with medicine balls, allows me to advance in weight, and still have a weight that will challenge my husband. It is perfect. The instructions were easy to follow, assembly proceeded smoothly, and I was set up quickly to have a more challenging workout without having to purchase expensive dumbells. Thanks so much Wal-Mart! Wanted to purchase a few med balls to use in my home gym. Found sets of med balls offered from other vendors.. too expensive and the equipment to store them in/on was an additional cost. This rack and ball set from Walmart was well-priced and the quality of the equipment is excellent. Have already got lots of indoor use. The balls hold up well. Would recommend this item to others. Perfect addition to home gym!

I got this set mainly for myself, but it is also a great compromise that my girlfriend can use it with me also. The balls can be handed, tossed, bounced (sort-of - a bit flat on the bounce), or rolled between us, allowing many excercises, and variety. The rack takes up about as much floor space as a medium-large endtable. Conveinient. Unlike irons or plates, no worries about floor damage in my apartment when I use these, and they don't hurt when contact is made unexpectedly.

Balls: Nice, balls have a good texture. Very versatile and usable. Rack: Not hard to put together, but time consuming. I've gotten 5 of these and it's super easy to strip out the bolts. The top half of the rack is easy to bend too if you put too much pressure. It can make it wobbly unless you are really careful.

Got item. Was missing pieces. Called 800 number was to a mail box no option to talk to a person. E mailed company. Returned with a long list of requirements for missing part replacements.

Item arrived early. There were no directions in the box to put the stand together and where to start with the stand. There was only a diagram for the stand. The dimesions on the stand are off and it was difficult to put together the middle bracket area. I do recommend this product though. A great deal on medicine balls. The stand without the directions to put together was difficult though.

I ordered this as a PT tool for my son about 3 weeks ago. Parts were missing. The instructions said to call CAP for any missing parts or damage. I'm still waiting for the missing parts to be delivered. So sad. :(

After barely using this product, the yellow 8 pound medicine ball has cracked almost in half, making it unusable. I've left three messages with Cap Barbell, as well as e-mailing them, and have no response. All you need to know about this company can be understood by listening to their "company voicemail" which is someone illiterately failing at an attempt to use a 1994 answering machine. Very unprofessional. What good is this product if it breaks, and the company doesn't replace it.
