I seldom write reviews. I have studied kinesiology and feel this is one of the best I have seen to firm the body. This product can be utilized by most if the exercises are adjusted to the person's level of physical condition.The soft outside makes it safer than many of the kettlebells. The soft outside I think is easier on the hands as you preform the exercises. Proper use will work every muscle in your body. It takes little space to do the exercises. Nothing big to store or walk around. Most will think it sounds to good to be true. It takes time to develop the body. It is not a get quick fix. I have not found anything which does that, only promises to do so. I would suggest start slowly unless you are in a regular exercise routine, otherwise you will be sore. Soreness is not the fault of the CAP. I have owned it for about 3 weeks. I am using it daily to condition myself for the longer workouts. She suggest 2 hours per week. Do what works for your schedule. I also purchased the 4 DVD's Iron Core Kettlebell by Sarah Lurie. She is straight to the point. Excellent information on usage and workouts. I will purchase a wrist guard since I am over 60. It is something I will use and not let sit like so many things advertised.

Loved the product - nice large size kettlebell and soft so no worries about hitting someone or a foot. I did think it would be a smaller physical size as it was for my 4 year old daughter. It was quite a nice size though, good for me, bad for a little one.

I am older and just in case I dropped one, I didn't want to out a hole in my floor or myself. I have already dropped it once, it hit my foot and luckily no broken bones.

This soft kettlebell is perfect if you want something a little safer to have around a high traffic house. The letters started peeling off right away, but this is a nice soft kettlebell. Its also a little easier on the hands than a standard metal version.

As an older person I need to perform the exercises at a slower pace, but it definitely works! I find the cconstruction and materials less intimidating.

versatile because of the shape. i feel better about having these around the kids because these are soft. only drawback is that they are long which sort of affects deadlifts.

The value, grip, quality, and ease of use are great for what I want, but the design isn't what I expected and I like the original design of kettlebells.

I can do cleans with the wrist lock with this 5lb soft kettlebell. Unlike the hard 5lb kettlebells where the handles are too small and can only clean with a barbell bent wrist position. The handle's bottom seam is comfortable. The top handle seam is more pronounced but does not interfere with it's used.

i didn't realize the bag itself was not full so the sand (contents) flop around and make it difficult to do exercises other than the basic kettlebel swing. the bag is only about 3/4 full so actually the whole bell flops around.
