CAP Barbell Vinyl Coated Dumbbells, 15 lb Pair

I got these for my 2yo grandson to ‘work out' with me in our home gym. He stands there with his dumbbells huffing and puffing as he lifts them- in all different directions, then strikes a double-biceps pose. That alone is worth the price! These things are great.

I like the color and the feel of these weights. It was hard to find weights in other than the standard ones.

These weights are great if you're in between sizes. They're of good quality and a reasonable price.

I love the bright color of the weights. I think the texture is perfect but it has a stickiness to it while holding it for wight lifting. That was my only issue with it.

I did NOT realize that 5 pounds was a Little Heavy! I figure I only need to use one at a time. So, since one has a slight smell to it more than the other, I am giving the other one away. Like some, I put items on mirrored table next to Elevators. Some people have gotten carried away and put some junk there!

Handles are fat and hard to hold. Otherwise ok. Walmart lost item in shipping and customer service was atrocious

After less than a month's use, the plastic of the dumbell began to smell quite bad, which is very uncomfortable when doing physical activity. I don't think, however, that this can be linked to the handling of the dumbbell, but rather to the quality of the plastic in the dumbbell. The dumbbell itself isn't bad, but this factor would make me avoid buying it again, for example.

Do not order these toxic weights. There are warnings on them of reproductive harm and cancer and they reek from chemicals!! Just awful! I can't believe they are even legal, period.
