Well constructed pulley attachment from reputable manufacturer. Solid sturdy feel with welded joints. Rubber is a tad bit hard and doesn't provide the comfort of foam but this is a solid piece of equipment otherwise.

It is exactly what I needed. The only issue I had is that it is a bit oily. Feels like there is something on it and might be needed. Just didn't like the feel. Other than that. Works fine for me.

Functional? I believe so. But the finish is not very good. The top piece of plate with the connector hole in it was welded on to the frame a little crooked. So what? I guess it will work just fine. The welds look strong and well done. But still! Oh well. What is expected from an inexpensive imported accessory?
