Just like the Double D handles at the gym! Heavy, solid, and quality built. So impressed. Well done CAP! Bought this for my home gym to use woth my cable set up.

Double D Handle
First, it's $12! Didn't expect much. I'm Happy and shocked at how Beefy it is. The pictures doesn't do it justice. CAP, still has a trick or two. This is a good thing. Is it perfect, no. But, you'll not find a better price, any ware. All that really matters is, were I put my hands. This is one solid piece. Buy it, you'll find a use! Karl

Oily.
It is exactly what I needed. The only issue I had is that it is a bit oily. Feels like there is something on it and might be needed. Just didn't like the feel. Other than that. Works fine for me.
