One letter away from truth in advertising...
This bar from CAP is total CrAP. I'm pretty sure I could make a better bar by randomly flinging a piece of steel against big rocks and hoping for the right series of bends. This thing is so off in terms of symmetric angles and lengths, it would undoubtedly fail as a preschool shop project. The center pivoting piece has so much slop in it that it actually binds. In CAP barbell's world, the term "economy" must be defined as "so poorly constructed as to be borderline unusable for its intended application". This piece of CrAP is going back to CAP.

Sturdy piece
It is built to last and easy (except you have to make the exercises hard to do to benefit from using exercise equipment) to set up for use.

cheap
dont ever buy attachments from CAP coz the are cheaply made. when you remove the rubber balls, youll see theres rust inside the metal. even the revolving hanger thing in the middle has rust inside. the revolving hanger is not weld and mold properly , i cant "revolve" it coz the molding is not fit to the inner metal. i cant even return it to the store what a pain.
