CAP Memory Foam Fitness Mat

I'm a 106 lb. 20 year old female with severe scoliosis. I love to workout and some of my exercises include lying on my back and unfortunately a lot of spine to floor contact. Before I purchased this mat I would have redness, swelling, and bruising on my back after my exercises. It took me a very long time to decide on an exercise mat that was right for me. When I came across this one, the price is what caught my eye. This mat has exceeded my expectations. It is great for me in all aspects of my life, whether I need to sleep on it, stretch on it, or exercise on it. It is very soft and plush. When I am doing my exercises on it, I cannot feel any floor contact with body. It is also slip resistant on both top and bottom. These are only a select few of the things I love about this mat. It's stylish, portable, and overall amazing. I was skeptical at first to purchase it because I couldn't find many reviews on it but I am so thankful that I did.

Extra width, comfort and thickness ! Worth a little extra money.

Hi. This is the 2nd one of these that I have purchased. It is very comfortable for stretching, floor exercises, etc. It rolls up easily and is easy to store. I have not cleaned it yet, but it seems manageable.

Purchased this item and upon unpackaging - packaging reads that it uses Carcinogenic Chemicals. I contacted Cap company and instead of answering which and where the chemical(s) are used on the product they diverted answering and gave me a Prop 65 spiel. Since this info is not listed on Walmart's website - it is important that consumers make an education decision before purchasing this product. Hence, this product is going back.
