Nice comfortable grip with smooth rotation and great for isolating muscles such as forearms, bicep ls, triceps and lats.

The D-Handle works great for biceps , shoulders and back workouts!

The handles are well made and very sturdy. They should last for years to come.

There's not much you can say about a single handle, other than it is priced great and the roller is smooth, both of which are true with this CAP model. You can't go wrong with it. If you are worried about callouses, wear workout gloves. I like to keep my hands somewhat tough, personally, so the texture on the grip is perfect.

These D-handles are very heavy duty. If you thought they might be kind of junky, they are definitely not.

system told me my item been delivered i look everywhere and nothing so i called customer service they told me it still 1300 miles away i told em then why it said it been delivered... ive been looking to have this item but now i gotta wait more days when i already waited 4 days when it told me it will be delivered in 2 days 🤬🤬🤬
