CAP Single-D Handle Cable Attachment, Assorted Styles

There's not much you can say about a single handle, other than it is priced great and the roller is smooth, both of which are true with this CAP model. You can't go wrong with it. If you are worried about callouses, wear workout gloves. I like to keep my hands somewhat tough, personally, so the texture on the grip is perfect.

Nice comfortable grip with smooth rotation and great for isolating muscles such as forearms, bicep ls, triceps and lats.

The handles are well made and very sturdy. They should last for years to come.

Pretty simple device, not much to rate. Grip rotates like it supposed to, finish is nice. As comfortable as any handle I have ever used.
