CAP Strength Adjustable FID Utility Weight Bench

Easy to assemble...solid product. I weigh 260...its not flimsy like other benches I've used before. Same price as standard flat utility bench, but I can do so many more dumbbell exercises.

I received the product on time and am satisfied with it thus far. It had met my expectations.

item is a little smaller than i expected but its a simple weight. All components were present and it was easy to put together.

Nice bench but leg thing kind of useless, I thought it was for leg extensions? Otherwise works.

bench works well but took over an hour to put together. but worth it if you have the time.

This is a pretty decent home weight bench for the money. It will work for me for now, but I do wish I had invested a little bit more money in a more sturdy one. This one, like so many other home gym benches, is made from thin-walled tube and flexes a lot under any load more than 150 lbs.

after the rod goes into grooves to adjust the angle , the whole bench moves while doing bench bress . it feels very wobbly and unsafe. the 2 foam covered tubes are basically useless and more of a hindrance. the bench feels very unstable if lifting heavier weights. the bench doesnt stay locked into the groove when I am moving it around. overall its cheap , good for bodyweight or lighweight excercises but not for heavy lifting.

The seat is too small. My bottom slides to far to the left or to far to the right everytime I do situps. This is a problem. I can't stay centered when doings situps.

Just opened the box and realized theres a tear in the "leather" top part or back support of the bench
