Keeps hats shape. Wash with appropriate colors, put in this to dry, and its like new.

Just open the form, place a dirty cap inside, place the cap on the top rack (alone - nothing else in the dishwasher), add regular amount of dishwashing soap, run for a light cycle, and then dry the cap in the form overnight for a like-new hat. It worked for me.

Great I had one years ago and this is just as good.

Hat does not fit on very well . Plastic Mold is to big. Needs more support for the front of the cap because that is where mine usually bunches up

My order came all bented up couldn't get it to straighten out/trying speaking to someone but they never returned my text

Worked fine first time used. Second time the top straps broke which hold hat in.

Cheap quality. The first one I ordered arrived broken. I reached out and their customer service was fantastic, and they sent me another one at no charge. The 2nd one arrived, also broken. The plastic doesn't hold well in the hot wash. I appreciate their quick and effective customer service, however it feels like a 99 cent store product. Would not recommend this product. I ended up just going to a the sporting goods store.
