They're thick, super crunchy, and taste really clean — just potatoes, oil, and a bit of sea salt. When I opened the bag, I was only planning to have a few, and before I knew it I was nearing the end of the bag! Embarrassing to admit but I want to express how addicting these are! The chips are thick and crunchy with that real kettle-cooked bite that feels satisfying without being greasy. The sea salt is just enough to bring out the potato flavor instead of covering it up, which I really liked. They feel simple and well made, like the kind of chips you bring to the couch and keep reaching for during a movie. It's an easy snack and the packaging makes me feel I'm making a healthier choice than other chips. I definitely recommend these!

These cape cod chips on the other hand are the perfect consistency. They are crunchy but not so crunchy that I dont want to go back for seconds...or thirds. The only downfall id say is that like all chip bags they dont come full. I will definitely be buying these in the future.

I will always always go towards them first, simply because of Non GMO Gluten Free, No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. With all the unknown food in the world these days, you literally can't pass up something that is open & honest on their products. Great taste, just enough salt, kettle chips but with a light & crispy texture. Perfect for a snack or with a sandwich of any kind. No where near your typical greasy chip. 10/10 always a hit.

The crunch and flavor is so great for snacking, dipping, or crunching them on top of your favorite soup. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that loves chips.

Most are super crunchy and a touch hard, these are crunchy and have the flavor of a kettle chop but they are a little thin and lacking in that extra crunch you expect from a kettle chip. The flavor and everything else is there to make a great kettle chip just lacking that extra crunch.
