Cape Cod reduced fat chips are so good. It is hard to tell they are lower in fat. Have been purchasing them for years. The crispness and crunch are the best. The one thing about these chips is the non greasy texture. A quality product . The snack size bags are so convenient and help in portion control.

These have 40 percent less fat than other chips and they taste just as good if not better They are gluten free and non gmo. Also no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Overall great product!

They are more crunchy that other popular name brand chips, but a little less crunchy than some others; it's a nice middle ground. They didn't taste too salty, and even though they are less fat, the flavour is perfect. The ingredients are short, and simple, which is great because it makes them feel Better on principle alone. I feel better about myself eating them, less guilty, I guess. They went well with a variety of dips, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Cape Cod Less Fat Original Potato Chips from Home Tester Club to try in exchange for my honest review. My first impression was that the chips were very crunchy. They taste very similar to the original variety. The ingredients are simple, just choice potatoes, vegetable oil, and sea salt. These chips contain 40% less fat than the original because the manufacturer removes excess oil. Fortunately, the reduced fat doesn't affect the taste.

Makes a lot of sense! And that process comes through in the taste because there isn't an overly greasy texture or oily flavor to them. These seem to be slightly lower in sodium than to other chips I've compared, as well. The salt is definitely light in taste but becomes through. My one gripe is that the average size of each chip in the bag I received was quite small, about 1.5 inches on average. This makes eating them, especially with a dip, a little more difficult and messy. All in all, they are enjoyable, though.
